Leading event organiser for the global trenchless technology sector, Westrade, has announced an exciting expansion of its international capability having formalised a partnership with the Latin American events specialist company, M2C.
Columbian based M2C brings a wealth of event management and relevant sector experience from the global utilities sector. The company’s General Manager, Stefany Sepulveda, will work directly with Westrade’s Managing Director, Paul Harwood, to develop and deliver the company’s ever-expanding portfolio of trenchless technology events which include Trenchless Asia, Trenchless Middle East and its flagship UK exhibition No-Dig Live.
M2C’s Latin American knowledge will also greatly benefit exhibitors attending next year’s ISTT (International Society for Trenchless Technology) No-Dig event in Panama (organised by Westrade) and she recently joined a hugely successful reconnaissance mission in the host nation.
“Westrade’s success is founded on the quality of our energy and creativity of its people and this partnership with M2C signifies our commitment to the continued development of our high calibre team and Trenchless event portfolio.” Commented Mr Harwood. “The global trenchless technology sector continues to expand. Governments and businesses now recognize the benefits of leveraging these cost effective and sustainable technologies when installing and maintaining vital infrastructure. M2C’s international remit means that it’s not only our South American partners that will be able to benefit from Stefany’s vast experience and we look forward to harnessing her expertise across all our events.”
Commenting on her appointment, Ms Sepulveda said: “Westrade’s ambition and enthusiasm mirrors this rapidly evolving sector. The company’s proven record of delivering high quality international events, coupled with the opportunity to work in such an innovative and high growth sector, makes this a hugely challenging and exciting opportunity. I look forward to getting to know our exhibitors and partners and supporting them with their future events.”
